Recruitment Microsites

Recruitment microsites are replacing the more traditional, printed recruitment pack.
The printed packs have tended to be low volumes (150 to 200) and for quality, printed using a lithograph process, which proves expensive for small print runs.

They tend to be difficult to deliver against tight time frames as once the design has been finalised, it can prove difficult to secure a print slot, and hence guarantee delivery to coincide with a press campaign.

Recruitment microsites simplify the process as there is no print process. The sites contain much of the same information which was traditionally incorporated into the recruitment packs, but as they are online they are far more versatile and offer potential applicants an interactive platform from which to apply for a particular post.
